NOTE:  Once an event happens that requires a certain restart, that restart MAY NOT CHANGE FOR ANY REASON.  For example, if ball crosses a touch line (requiring a throw-in) then a player strikes another player.  Deal with the misconduct (see next page) but you MUST still restart with a throw-in.  It cannot be changed to a free kick.
